Firm Overview
Bernie Packard, the founder of the Firm, began a solo practice in 1967, representing clients in civil, domestic, and criminal matters. In 1994, Bernie combined his experience with his three sons, Steven, David, and Dan. Their practice expanded to include Bankruptcy, Products Liability, Auto Accidents, and Nursing Home Cases. Today, we have ten attorneys; we are united, and provide services in virtually every area of practice important to consumers and families.
